ThRefund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order confirmation, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused, in original condition and in complete original packaging. Any returned goods will be inspected upon receipt at our factory warehouse.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom‑made OEM & ODM products with your brand logo can not be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your goods upon receipt. If you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, please contact us immediately within 7 working days after receiving the goods. Please provide photos or videos of the problem. We will solve the problem for you, including replacement, partial refund or other reasonable solutions.
Refunds
Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. We will also approve or reject your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing time may take several business days.
Shipping for returns
You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning goods. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
